Market Stats Monday


The Denver Metro housing market is looking like it is off to hot start again here in 2018! Take a look below to find some interesting stats that are sure to affect your home buying and selling this year!

HOMES ON THE MARKET

January 2018 recorded a record low of listings in single family homes and condos at 3,869.

HOMES UNDER CONTRACT

There were 4,882 new listings and 4,805 homes put under contract.

AVERAGE PRICE OF SINGLE FAMILY HOMES

The average single family home sold price increased 1.44% month over month as well., making the average price just over $490,000.

AVERAGE DAYS ON TTHE MARKET - SINGLE FAMILY HOMES

CLOSING PRICE VS. LISTING PRICE - SINGLE FAMILY HOMES

Buyers aren't getting much of a break here either with the closing price remaining high at 99.27% of the original listing price in January.
